The Flower of Health is the result of a specific agricultural sector developed after a very long history of research.
The first evidence of growing Treviso’s Radicchio Rosso goes back to the sixteenth century.
In 1977 Alfonso Franchetto planted in his farmland the first seeds of what is today known as the “Flower of Health”.
The red tardive Radicchio di Treviso IGP has many health benefits.
